RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

At SONORO KATE, we take great pride in our  products. If you have received an item you are dissatisfied with, please see our return policy below and email service@sonoro-kate.com. 

For goods to be returned or exchanged,please ensure items show no signs of use.
Purchases may be exchanged up to 30 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
